Waters Edge

Waters Edge is a shallow shore site at Seaforth in Simon's Town, where the bay turns toward the south coast and the water becomes more exposed to southeast swell and wind. It sits inside a marine protected and restricted zone, but the beach entry is short and sheltered on calm days. The bottom is mostly sand with low rock outcrops and a reef band close to shore, making it a useful snorkeling and shallow scuba spot.
