About Imbetiba Wreck
Imbetiba Wreck est une épave très peu profonde d'un ancien navire à vapeur au large de Praia Grande, où le sable mouvant peut exposer ou partiellement recouvrir la coque d'un cycle de marée à l'autre. On y accède généralement par temps calme pour une séance de snorkeling ou une plongée bouteille facile, avec une structure brisée, des poissons en bancs et des observations occasionnelles de murènes concentrées autour des sections exposées.

“The wreck was much bigger than I expected! Only the bow was visible when I dove — the rest was covered by sand. The water in Cabo Frio is super cold, but the dive was really enjoyable. It can feel a bit eerie seeing the dark shape of the wreck just below you, but it’s an amazing experience. I reached about 3 meters deep to get a closer look at the ship. ”
