Kjovangen Brygge is a shore dive in a sheltered bay north of Son, built around a wall west of the pier plus rock ledges and sandy bottom. The route is simple and works well for relaxed scuba or freedive sessions, with the mixed terrain and small-life activity doing most of the work. Crabs, seals, flounder, nudibranchs, and skates are part of the usual draw. Plan for a calm day if you want the easiest entry and the clearest water.
