About Roca Roja
Roca Roja is a boat-dived rocky site between Platja d'Aro and Palamós, built around two pinnacles, small canyons, and a shallow top that drops away over a multi-level route. Cracks and sand patches hold moray eels, conger eels, wrasse, octopus, and seasonal barracuda or tuna passes, with red sea fans and other growth on the walls. It is a demanding boat dive for divers who like a varied rock profile and plenty of marine life.
