About PCR
PCR is a Mactan wall dive fronting Pacific Cebu Resort, known for human-sized zodiac statues and other concrete sculptures along the wall. The site still has reef life and coral, but it is also a photo dive where the sculpture field is the main draw. Visibility can soften later in the day, so it is better planned earlier when the light and wall clarity are stronger.
