Boat-access drift reef with strong currents; plan for SMBs, depth control, and a longer run from Havelock.

About Minerva Ledge

Minerva Ledge is a large offshore reef ledge in the Andamans that is usually dived as a drift or boat dive. Flat coral gardens roll into deeper edges packed with fusiliers, snappers, turtles, groupers, and occasional pelagics, so one pass only covers part of it. Strong current is the whole point of the site, and the best dives are the ones where you plan the drift first and then let the reef move past you.
