About Manta Bay
Manta Bay is a boat-access dive and snorkel site off Nusa Penida where steep coastal cliffs funnel plankton into the bay and bring reef mantas close to the surface. It is best treated as a weather-sensitive offshore stop: plan for swell, currents, and a short shallow profile rather than a long reef cruise, with mantas, stingrays, bamboo sharks, and reef fish as the main draw.
