About Céibh an Dóilín
Céibh an Dóilín is a small sheltered pier dive in Connemara, just north of Trá an Dóilín, with kelp trails and rocky crevices running out from the harbour. It is a tide-sensitive shore site that can work well as a training alternative when the weather is poor, but the water movement around mid-tide means timing matters. At higher water the site opens into a shallow reef profile; at low water the entry can become too exposed.
