About Malongane Ledge
Malongane Ledge is a deep offshore reef on the Ponta Malongane side of southern Mozambique, reached by a surf-launched boat. The topography is a steep, exposed ledge with open-water logistics, so it suits experienced divers more than casual reef days. The payoff is a specialist offshore dive with large rays, eels, scorpionfish and occasional sharks.
