There is no single destination-wide marine-park tag for ordinary Istria diving. Most visitors book through a registered center and pay the quoted dive, guide, boat, rental, and any protected-site charge. Independent recreational scuba requires a costly annual authorization, while protected cultural wrecks and Brijuni programs have separate controlled-access rules. Overnight visitors also pay Croatia's locally set tourist tax, usually through accommodation. Cape Kamenjak charges seasonal vehicle entry.
