At Bergwerk Nuttlar, qualified overhead divers enter a flooded slate labyrinth, while a controlled cavern taster is available to suitable Open Water divers under an instructor. Sorpesee Summer Site and Sorpesee Winter Site keep local freshwater training viable across the calendar. Biggesee adds Weuste for Open Water divers, Kraghammer Sattel for advanced club members, and Kalberschnacke for shallow summer fish encounters. Tauchschule Sauerland connects the circuit with registrations, fills, rental and guiding.
The regulated coldseason site keeps Sorpesee diving active from October through April under the current pilot schedule.
