Anglesey and North Wales do not operate a destination-wide marine-park tag or routine recreational shore-diving permit. Costs instead come from operators, charters, cylinders, parking, managed inland sites, attraction entry, and possibly UK immigration authorization. Protected wrecks and recovered wreck material are regulated separately. Wales' visitor levy is discretionary by local authority; no levy was in force in Anglesey, Gwynedd, or Conwy on 4 September 2026, but decisions were still pending and travelers should recheck before booking.
