A car is the most flexible option for boats, cylinders, early starts, and coves, but it is not essential for a carefully clustered trip. Swanage is connected to Wareham and Poole by Breezer 40 and to Bournemouth through Studland and Sandbanks by Breezer 50. Weymouth is a direct rail destination, with local buses continuing to Portland. Use a taxi for dawn departures or multiple kit bags, and confirm that the vehicle can carry wet equipment. Summer parking at Swanage, Kimmeridge, Studland, Lulworth, Chesil, and Portland viewpoints can fill early.
The United Kingdom's requirements depend on nationality, purpose, and immigration status. Use the official UK visa checker before purchase.
