Libaong

Libaong is a Panglao South wall site with a shallow reef edge, clear tropical water, and a straightforward boat-run profile. It suits open-water divers who want an easy reef line rather than a technical drop, with enough structure for a calm-condition snorkel and enough depth change to keep the dive interesting. Most of the useful terrain sits on the upper reef and along the wall transition, so buoyancy control and a simple turn plan matter more than heavy current management.
