Abu Hashish Lagoon is the calm, shallow Makadi Bay side of the Abu Hashish reef system, where a sheltered lagoon, sandy plateau, and seagrass patches make it a natural stop for beginner dives, check dives, and relaxed snorkeling. It is a low-stress Red Sea site with easy boat access, little current on most days, and enough reef structure and lagoon life to keep the dive interesting without requiring advanced drift skills.
