Paradise Lagoon is a shallow training lagoon off Thulusdhoo with a gradual sandy slope, calm water, and room for controlled practice. The site is built for buoyancy checks, beginner drills, and easy snorkel or scuba sessions rather than dramatic topography. Reef life is present around the lagoon edges, with parrotfish, triggerfish, angelfish, wrasses, boxfish, blacktip reef sharks, and stingrays among the species people can look for while staying clear of the sand.
