- Guest Cancellations & Changes :
To cancel or request a change to your diving, snorkeling, or stay packages, please notify us in writing via email or direct message.Up to 7 Days Before Arrival: 100% Free Cancellation or date change for all diving and guesthouse bookings. Full refund of any deposits paid. 6 to 2 Days (48 Hours) Before Arrival: 50% Refund on total package fees, or 100% credit toward a rescheduled stay valid for up to 12 months.Less Than 48 Hours / No-Show: Deposits/payments are non-refundable due to reserved boat slots, crew allocations, and room holds. Note for Scuba Courses: Digital learning materials (e.g., PADI/SSI e-learning) are non-refundable once assigned and registered under the student's name.
- Weather & Ocean Conditions PolicyIn the Maldives:
safety always comes first. Tropical weather can bring wind or rain, but rain or cloudy skies alone do not constitute a reason for cancellation as long as sea conditions remain safe for diving. If We Cancel Due to Unsafe Weather: If the Captain or Head Divemaster deems sea conditions unsafe (e.g., severe storm warnings, unsafe swells), we will offer you the following in order:Reschedule: Move the dive or excursion to another time or site on your trip at no extra charge. Alternative Activity: Swap the trip for an equivalent snorkeling/island excursion or credit towards future dives.Pro-Rated Refund: If rescheduling isn't possible before your departure, you will receive a 100% refund for all un-dived/cancelled boat activities.
- Medical & Equipment ConditionsIllness / Inability to Dive:
If a guest cannot dive due to a sudden medical condition (e.g., ear pressure issue, sinus block), we will assist in rescheduling the dives without charge upon presentation of a local doctor’s note. Unused dive portions can be transferred to snorkeling or credited for future visits.
Travel & Dive Insurance: We strongly recommend that all guests purchase comprehensive dive and travel insurance to cover unexpected flight delays, lost luggage, or medical cancellations
