Bonifacio Plongee and Porto-Vecchio centers such as Porto-Vecchio Plongee and Kalliste connect two complementary Mediterranean zones. Around Bonifacio, Tete d'Homme, Tete de Cheval, and Merouville deliver cliff scenery, passages, gorgonians, and large grouper. Around Porto-Vecchio, Forana, Vacca, Toro, the natural arches, and the shallow Pecorella cement wreck broaden the menu for training and photography.
Most diving is from small local day boats. The reserve is a major strength, but it also makes accurate zoning essential. Wind and current can force site swaps, and deeper pinnacles are not guaranteed simply because they were requested. Choose a center that offers an experience-level match, keep one flexible day, and view a named-site booking as a preferred plan rather than a promise.
