Do you take a commission?
No. Leads and bookings go directly to your channels. We never take a percentage.
What happens after the trial on paid plans?
You can explore for 30 days. If you keep your plan, the card on file is charged on day 31. Cancel before then to avoid billing.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Manage your plan in the account portal. Cancellations apply at the next renewal. Downgrades and upgrades prorate automatically.
How fast will I see results?
Most shops see impressions and clicks as traffic hits their destination. Your dashboard shows what is happening so you can decide if it is worth it.
Can I feature my shop on specific destinations?
Yes as an add-on to your paid plan. Destination pages get the bulk of traffic on DiveJourney besides the actual dive map. We are working on opening up featured slots for shops on destination pages for paid accounts. Send us a message through the contact form if you're interested in this paid upgrade.
Do Basic shops show on dive spot pages?
Basic keeps you on the DiveJourney map and your profile. Upgrade to Plus or Pro to rotate onto your linked dive spot pages.
