This small local dive center focuses on small-group diving, reef dives, cenote diving, and professional training through SDI, TDI, SSI, and PADI. Cancellation policy

Cancellation Policy Scuba Total Cancun aims to keep its cancellation policy fair and straightforward.
Cancellation by Scuba Total Cancun:
Package Policy:
Missed Dives: If weather or other circumstances cause you to miss dives, the center will give priority to rescheduling them. If rescheduling is not possible, you will be charged the regular price only for the dives or activities you completed, and the remaining balance will be refunded.
Weather Policy:
Harbor Master Closures: The Harbor Master may close the port to ocean diving because of weather conditions.
Certified divers may be offered cenote diving instead, where weather conditions are generally more stable. If cenote diving is not suitable for you, the center will reschedule your dive or provide a 100% refund.
Uncontrollable Circumstances:
If the center must cancel a tour because of weather or other circumstances beyond its control, it will give priority to rescheduling the tour. If rescheduling is not possible, you will receive a 100% refund, less PayPal fees when applicable.
Cancellation by You:
More Than 2 Days Before Check-In: If you cancel more than two days before check-in and cannot reschedule, you will receive a 100% refund, less PayPal fees when applicable.
2 Days to 24 Hours Before Check-In: If you cancel between two days and 24 hours before check-in, contact the center by phone to discuss rescheduling. If rescheduling is not possible, you will receive a 50% refund, less PayPal fees when applicable.
Less Than 24 Hours Before Check-In: If you cancel less than 24 hours before check-in, notify the center by phone, WhatsApp, or email. No refund is available.
No-Show and Early Departure:
No Arrival or Early Departure: If you do not arrive on time, do not participate fully, or end the tour early for personal reasons, no refund is available. The team will still do its best to keep you comfortable and address your concerns.
