Happurger Baggersee is a small quarry lake near Nuremberg with a straightforward shore entry by the water rescue station, a calm freshwater setting, and a rule set that keeps the site orderly during daylight hours. It is a relaxed inland dive with freshwater fish, seasonal jellyfish, and an easy, beginner-friendly feel, but the experience depends heavily on staying within the permitted zones and choosing the ice-free season.
