Playa de los Frailes is a sheltered Hondarribia cove that works well as a beginner-friendly dive and training spot. Its appeal is the protected rocky bay, the shallow profile and the way local divers use it for courses, easy outings and night dives rather than for deep-water drama. It is a small site where access and conditions matter more than size.
