About This Dive Spot

This diabase quarry is roughly 25 x 150 m and reaches about 55 m depth. Light drops off quickly, with much of it gone by around 20 m, giving the deeper sections a very dark atmosphere. Vegetation such as trees, branches, and bushes remains in the water, creating an unusual underwater landscape. Perch and crayfish can also be seen here.
