Book through a local Rügen or Rostock operator and send certification level, logged dives, last-dive date, drysuit experience, and equipment configuration in advance. Some Rügen boat trips publish a minimum of 50 logged dives, while other sheltered dives are suitable for training. Departures can be confirmed or canceled on the morning of the trip. Add a weather day, avoid tight same-day transfers, and never assume the advertised wreck will be reachable.
