Budget for Tobago Cays Marine Park user fees even if you are only snorkeling. The park has an active fee system, online payment option, and separate charges for visitor entry, moorings or anchoring, and certain commercial or special activities. Many day tours bundle the basic park entry into the excursion price, but independent sailors and some custom charters will pay separately.
