Cavalaire, Saint-Tropez, and Saint-Raphael form an unusually broad day-boat circuit. Eau Bleue in Cavalaire supports recreational and technical wreck programs, while CIP Dramont and other Saint-Raphael centers serve training reefs, arches, walls, and Ile d'Or. Beginners can work around shallow sites such as L'Arche, where the official guide starts the profile near 8 m, while experienced teams target Le Rubis around 35 m to 41 m or deeper Cavalaire wrecks. The coast rewards a progressive itinerary: complete a check dive, add a mid-depth reef, then schedule the signature wreck or wall when wind, current, and team experience align.

Book signature wrecks before arrival, then leave at least one flexible day for weather rescheduling. Ask the center to confirm certification equivalencies, required medical documentation, recent-experience expectations, maximum planned depth, gas choice, rental availability, boat ladder type, and whether a check dive is mandatory. Cavalaire is the logical wreck base; Saint-Raphael is the strongest rail-based mixed-level base. Do not plan a same-day cross-coast transfer through peak summer traffic. Carry proof of dive insurance, label personal gear, and bring an SMB even when the guide deploys the primary marker.
