Duiklocatie Boschmolenplas gives certified divers a managed freshwater base with shore access, fills, rentals, clay walls, submerged objects, and profiles to 32 m. The wider circuit adds two distinct days: Grote Hegge's shallow Pruisenwrak near Thorn, and Limburg Diving's Zuidplas setup at Marina Oolderhuuske with platforms, reed beds, mussels, and wreck features. The appeal is variety within a compact self-drive region, not tropical visibility. Expect thermoclines, cold exposure, silt, and dark water at depth. Beginner training is credible on suitable platforms with an instructor, but overhead entry, advanced equipment, and deeper profiles require the corresponding qualification and conservative planning.
