At the researched date, Pembrokeshire has no local visitor levy and there is no Bonaire-style marine park diver tag. Diving in Skomer MCZ is permitted without a general admission fee, but users must follow statutory byelaws, anchoring limits, scallop rules and the Marine Code. Budget instead for charters, parking, Skomer island tickets, private landing permission where relevant and UK immigration authorization for eligible visitors. Recheck accommodation charges for future travel because Welsh councils can choose whether to introduce a levy.
