Punta Cana does not usually require a Bonaire-style standalone marine park tag for ordinary recreational diving. Instead, the must-plan costs are the national entry formalities and whatever protected-area or logistics fees are bundled into island excursions. Check what your operator includes before assuming a Catalina or Saona day price is all-in.
