Cold Atlantic wrecks, kelp reefs, and granite headlands at the edge of Europe

Brest is the main gateway. Fly to Brest Bretagne Airport, or take a train to Brest or Quimper and continue by regional coach, rental car, or operator transfer. Brest and Plougastel are best for Rade de Brest diving and city logistics; Crozon, Morgat, and Camaret are reached by road around the estuary and suit peninsula departures. The official Camaret access guidance places Brest Bretagne Airport about 70 km away, roughly 1 hour 10 minutes by car under ordinary conditions and considerably longer by public transport. A rental car is the most resilient option for early boats, moving gear, and forecast-driven site changes. Public transport can work for a fixed base, but weekend, evening, and shoulder-season frequency must be checked for the exact date.
A car is the most practical choice for tanks, wet gear, early departures, headlands, and last-minute moves between Brest, Morgat, and Camaret. Do not leave visible gear in an unattended vehicle.
