safety always comes first. Tropical weather can bring wind or rain, but rain or cloudy skies alone do not constitute a reason for cancellation as long as sea conditions remain safe for diving. If We Cancel Due to Unsafe Weather: If the Captain or Head Divemaster deems sea conditions unsafe (e.g., severe storm warnings, unsafe swells), we will offer you the following in order:Reschedule: Move the dive or excursion to another time or site on your trip at no extra charge. Alternative Activity: Swap the trip for an equivalent snorkeling/island excursion or credit towards future dives.Pro-Rated Refund: If rescheduling isn't possible before your departure, you will receive a 100% refund for all un-dived/cancelled boat activities.
- Medical & Equipment ConditionsIllness / Inability to Dive:
If a guest cannot dive due to a sudden medical condition (e.g., ear pressure issue, sinus block), we will assist in rescheduling the dives without charge upon presentation of a local doctor’s note. Unused dive portions can be transferred to snorkeling or credited for future visits.
Travel & Dive Insurance: We strongly recommend that all guests purchase comprehensive dive and travel insurance to cover unexpected flight delays, lost luggage, or medical cancellations
