Freediving Seychelles

Freediving Seychelles is a local freediving school operating across the Seychelles Archipelago. It teaches internationally recognised programmes through AIDA, CMAS, PADI and Molchanovs, from first breath-hold experiences to advanced and instructor-level training, including family sessions and youth freediving.

Training takes place in dry sessions, pool and open water and covers breathing, relaxation, body awareness and technique, with dedicated coaching for equalisation, depth, breath-hold and confidence. For certified freedivers, the school offers guided fun dives on Seychelles reefs, alongside multi-day expeditions and retreats.
