Easy boat dive on Römerbucht's stepped reef.
Römerbucht is an easy boat dive at the south side of the Lim Fjord entrance near Vrsar. A stepped reef starts shallow, with spring-fed holes in the top, then drops gradually to a deeper slope and a small wreck. Schools of reef fish, lobsters, conger eels, and scorpionfish make it a good relaxed dive, and it also works for snorkeling. Keep an eye on pleasure boats around the fjord entrance.
