Přehrada Orlík - hájovna is a freshwater scuba site in a sheltered bay of the Orlík Reservoir on the Vltava River, commonly referenced as Spálenka Bay. The dive is typically centered on the sloping bay terrain where submerged tree remains create structure that fish often use for cover. Conditions can shift a lot across the year, with water ranging from near-freezing in winter to much warmer in summer. Visibility is frequently limited, so plan for conservative navigation and lighting and treat the site as an intermediate-level freshwater dive.
