How strong is the current at Fantastic?

Current can matter at Fantastic, especially on the incoming tide, so it is best dived with local operator guidance.

Is Fantastic a shore dive or boat dive?

Fantastic is a boat dive. Access is handled as a guided trip rather than a shore entry.

Is Fantastic better for scuba or freediving?

Fantastic is primarily a scuba site. The boat access, slope, and reef profile make it a better fit for slow scuba exploration than for a freedive session.

What can I see at Fantastic?

Expect dense tropical reef life, large sea fans, golden soft corals, and the chance of sharks moving through the site.

What exposure protection do I need at Fantastic?

Fantastic sits in warm tropical water, but a full suit still helps with comfort and buoyancy on a longer boat dive.

What facilities are available for Fantastic?

Fantastic is supported by a full dive-resort setup with boats, crew, and training infrastructure nearby.

What is Fantastic like for a first Bligh Water dive?

Fantastic is a shallow-topped Bligh Water pinnacle that slopes into deeper reef, so it works best for a calm, guided dive rather than a rushed look.

When should I plan Fantastic?

Plan Fantastic for year-round Fiji diving and let the operator choose the best tide and sea state. Cooler winter water can bring slightly better visibility.
