Boat dive from Golfe Juan to a multi-level rock site; shallow beginner routes exist, but current and deeper options need more experience.

About La Fourmigue

La Fourmigue is a multi-level rock dive off Golfe Juan, with the best-known shallow route running close to the surface around the lighthouse and its sinuous rock formations. The site is beginner-friendly on that upper section, but the wider Fourmigue complex also links into deeper routes that are better left to more experienced divers. Expect a boat dive, clear Mediterranean water when conditions are kind, and a tidal stream that can turn some runs into a drift.
