About Minelli
Minelli is a colorful rocky dive just outside Bastia harbor, where a compact cluster of rocks creates a sheltered local outing with plenty of life tucked into cracks and ledges. Groupers, octopus, nudibranchs, barracuda and giant nacres are all part of the draw, and the site works best as a close-range rock dive rather than an exposed open-water objective.
