Echinger Weiher
Echinger Weiher is an artificial gravel pit lake north of Munich, roughly 100 x 250 m in size and reaching about 8 m at its deepest. It is considered well-suited for training and practice dives. The lake lies within a nature reserve and is fed by groundwater. The sandy shoreline is worth exploring, and freshwater fish such as pike, carp, and perch can be seen.
