Turtle Bay Maratua is a boat-entry reef on Maratua's northeastern side with sandy bays, healthy coral, and regular turtle sightings. The site stays mostly sheltered from current inside the bays, so it is a relaxed choice for beginners, snorkelers, and photographers, while low tide often gives the best turtle viewing. The reef slopes gently enough to stay approachable, but there is still enough structure to make the dive feel like a real Maratua reef outing.
