About This Dive Spot

A small thila-style reef known for a wide variety of colorful corals. The top of the reef sits around 6 m, widening with depth from roughly 20 m across near the top to about 50 m across around 25 m. On the west side there is an overhang covered in soft corals, and deeper there is a gap where giant moray eels and cleaner shrimp are often seen.

A prominent block begins at roughly 28 m, and the southwest side has multiple colorful overhangs. It’s known for encounters with nurse sharks and other larger reef fish, along with rich soft-coral growth and a notable gorgonian field. Currents can be strong here.

The dive is typically started by jumping into blue water east of the thila above the plateau edge, drifting for around 30 m toward the thila, then gradually ascending along the formation.
