Fish Thila is a Laamu Atoll thila with a shallow top, a sloping coral plateau, and plenty of fish life. The dive moves from the reef crest down the slope, so it feels more like a current-aware pass along coral blocks and black coral trees than a flat reef wander. It suits divers who are comfortable holding trim and reading the current, with the best dives coming when the flow is steady and the water stays clear. Turtles, blacktip reef sharks, groupers, fusiliers, snappers, and surgeonfish are all part of the draw.
