Colombia Reef is the Cozumel drift for divers who want more structure than the shallow reef but less commitment than the deep wall. It mixes coral pinnacles, tunnels, caves, and caverns, so the dive changes character as you move along the reef. Plan it as a boat-only drift with tight buoyancy around the cuts, because current is often moderate to strong and the overhead bits reward discipline. Turtles, eagle rays, nurse sharks, barracuda, wrasses, and octopus are realistic.
