On the west side of the beach, several rocky reef zones offer an easy dive profile with a mix of sand patches and rocky shallows. Depths are typically shallow, making it well-suited to entry-level diving. The area supports abundant marine life typical of the Galician–Cantabrian coast and is especially appealing for macro photography thanks to frequent sightings of nudibranchs and other invertebrates.
