About Pinta Shipwreck
The Pinta is a small shipwreck that sank after a collision in May 1963. The wreck lies on its port side on a sandy bottom, with the bow still intact though heavily weathered. Mussels grow on the upper surfaces, and anemones and fish gather around the wreck. Lobsters can be found tucked into cracks within the structure.
