Advanced offshore wreck dive off NJ
The Pinta is a small shipwreck that sank after a collision in 1963. It lies on its port side on a sandy bottom, with the bow still intact though weathered, and the wreck keeps a clear, compact profile for underwater navigation. Mussels, anemones, hydroids, fish, and lobsters gather around the wreck, giving it a lively wreckscape despite its size and the open Atlantic setting.
