Your Responsibility

• Never dive alone unless properly trained in solo diving

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL DAMAGES EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE LAST TWELVE MONTHS (OR $100 IF YOU HAVE NOT PAID US ANYTHING).

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

You may terminate your account at any time by deleting it through your account settings or contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately.
