Arraial do Cabo does not work like fee-gated island marine parks, but it does sit inside regulated protected areas. In practice, visitors comply through licensed operators who follow ICMBio and INEA rules for routes, anchoring, and seasonal restrictions. Budget primarily for boat tours and dive charters, and ask operators if any small boarding or pier fees apply on your travel dates.
