When to go
Athens Riviera and the Saronic Gulf are best planned from May to October, with September and October the easiest allround window for divers, snorkelers and mixed groups.
Best overall window
Warm sea, fewer crowds than August, strong visibility potential and more comfortable Athens sightseeing conditions.
Outside that window
Peak holiday weeks feel busier and book faster.

Agistri, Poros and sheltered Riviera coves are most comfortable for long surface sessions, especially early in the day before wind and beach traffic build.
Sea turtle conservation visits

The ARCHELON Sea Turtle Rescue Centre in Glyfada receives injured and sick turtles from around Greece, making it a strong conservation stop for mixed groups.
Posidonia seagrass awareness
