Confirm these fees before you book so your operator plan and day budget match what you will pay onsite.
There is no Bonaire-style universal marine park tag or Andalucia-wide tourism levy for ordinary Malaga and Nerja stays. The important compliance issue is Maro-Cerro Gordo: scuba and apnea are restricted in specific limitation zones, and autonomous scuba outside prohibited zones requires prior protected-area authorization. Budget for normal operator fees, rental gear, transport, and paid topside attractions.
