Mediterranean wrecks, seagrass meadows, and white-sand lagoons on Tunisia's best mixed-group island
When to go
Djerba works yearround for beach holidays, but water users should think more about wind and sea temperature than rainfall.
Best overall window
Warm water around 22°C to 26°C, easy beach days, and balanced resort crowds.
Outside that window
Windier period with cooler sea and air, often better for culture, birding, and wellness than for long inwater days.
Start with the overall answer, then switch only when scuba, freedive, snorkel, or topside timing changes the trip in a meaningful way.
